OK, what a difference thousands of miles makes.

Out here in the Pacific NorthWest, we do not have "hiker services",as far a I know...(except in the seedier parts of town), but these are always too far from the trail to be of any use. :evil:

What do these hiker services provide for you all? Is it legal? I am not going to end up on Dateline or anything am I?

I am not going to end up on Dateline or anything am I?No you won't get in trouble with me.!st:I help hiker from local trail heads in and out of town free 2nd I have contact with shuttlers who won't rip you off doing slack packing or section hiking.3rd:I have a 1 ton bus that I run shuttles around town in the
evenings free for hiker in Mar/Apr. 4th I also have a limousine service and I
take motel guest to airports,bus stations,etc,In my motels I have new dell computers fo hikers to use free for e-mails and journals.I also provide a website filled with hiker info at each trail crossings such as weather links,
local maps of towns,medical facilities,local entertainment,restaurants,hostals
maildrops,motels,shuttle services,Chat room,a place to keep your journals,

been in the northwest a lot,Especially Washington.It is nice up there and nice people,Happy Trails
