I'd like to lose a pound or two so I'm going to walk a few miles each evening and will take with me a hip flask filled with something that will take the chill off my nose (I'm going to drink it, not put it on my nose)

The flask is a stainless steel "Coleman" 8 oz.

I'm going to put 1/2 fluid ounce of denatured in a "StarLyte" burner, put it in a ZipLok baggie. As we know, the alcohol wont leak out. The burner will be cariried in my shirt pocket.

The filled flask will be carried in my hip pocket. Half way through the walk I'll take a nip of warmed liquid made so by using the "StarLyte" burner as shown in this photo.

"StarLyte" on it's side getting a little cozy with the flask (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v228/obijiwa/zipminiwarmer005.jpg)

Flames. Alcohol in an enclosed space. You may lose more than a few pounds.... Maybe an arm or leg.... enjoy your spirits! Some like it hot...

Why even heat the flask? Just fill it with a "higher proof". Its always worked for me! BD
