If anyone is educated in snakes, Please let me know.
My sister found an appr. 6-7 ft snake on her back porch. It is about 1'' to 2'' in diameter. I have several pictures of it. Unfortunately she had to kill it. It was striking at her dog when she found it, then it struck at her. I don't know how to attach a pic to this thing. but if anyone thinks they may have info for me, please use my e-mail hlhawkins@comcast.net and I will send you pictures. Thanks - Heather

Heather if you really want to know here are a few links that can help you, the best help is the science section of your library as they have quick identification books to help you.
