My wife found this in the grocery store a while back. Makes a nice change in texture from noodles, takes on the flavour of whatever you're cooking, and is compact, rehydratable, and can be used a variety of ways. Easy to make at home for the frugal types.

That looks good. I use couscous (which is described as similar) with nuts and dried cranberrys or raisins for breakfast or with cheeze and bacon or jerky for a main dish.
