Was looking for a new pair of trail runners over the weekend. Tried on several pair, and as an after thought I tried these on.

I was extremely surpised. They were as comfortable as anything I've worn.

As a bonus, they were on sale for just $40.

Anyone have any feedback on how they wear on the trail? I'm thinking about going back and buying a second pair since they feel so good on my feet.

I should have known that nobody could give me an answer to my question. Could you guys back off so that someone that actually hikes can answer?

Go ahead and get two. If you blow one pair out early, or they wear fast, then just use the other pair for bumming around, or SHTF hiking trips.

At that price I'd buy the second pair. Even if they don't work out so well on the trail at least they are comfy shoes for you.

Adidas is cranking out some nice lightweight runners and trail runners.
They adsorb very little water also, and some have a drain hole.

Do those have a drain?
