Heet Availability

Question for you guys in the warmer latitudes.

Is Heet and/or other gas line driers readily available at most every gas station/convenience store? I am no mechanic, but was thinking that it might not be stocked where its warmer. I couldn't find it in LA, and ended up going to a hardware store for another flavor.

Here in Georgia, I have always been able to get it at Wall Mart, but it might be scarce at regular gas stations.
