Not super cheap but REALLY light and Ultra versatel! I know most of you guys are addicted to hammocks but for those of you who arnt, check out this little tent.

11 oz, sleeps 2, and can compress to the size of a pair of thick socks.
You can even heat it with a small stove... though I wouldnt possibly expect any of you to do that :D though you can carry the stove and be right around 3 lbs. Something to consider at least
