Crocus sacks are good for holding grain, potatos, and other things grown in the south.

Place a piece of sheet metal on a hot fire, metal gets hot.
Pour on oysters still in the shell. Cover with a couple of sopping wet "burlap" sacks.
Steam till oysters open and enjoy "roasted" oysters.
Drink beer...........repeat.
