Looking at the trailstove, I can't help thinking what it would look like if it was built like a Winiarski rocket stove.
The suggested cross section area for the combustion chamber of a household rocket stove is 25 square inches (4 inch diameter). A hiking rocket would be much smaller, maybe landing at 2.5 inches in diameter. The feeder pipe could be detached and stored inside the combustion chamber while travelling.
Do you think it would be practical to build one the size of a thermos? ...and would it be light enough?
