There's a new invention out every year. That one looks interesting, but I'd still rather just use a good 'ole scoop shovel. Of course I haven't had to shovel any snow this year. Thank goodness for global warming.

Know what you mean, Big Mac! I don't shovel snow this or Any year. San Antonio gets snow about once every 10 years.

I saw something last weekend on one of the home shows about a heated walkway. Looked like it worked ok.

Yankee!? Who you callin' a damn Yankee!? I'm an infiltrator. :aetsch:

In California we have more than plenty of them folks that do work Amuricans won't do...when it snows (about once every 20 years) we put them to work on it. I give them a short handled shovel for extra fun. It's the least we can do. :bebored:

From what I understand that idea has been around for about 10 years. I was watching TV this morning and they had a piece about the snow up in Washington State. The guy in the clip was shoveling snow with something similar to that. I thought to myself: "What a good idea"

Looks like it might save on some back... Lot of moving your hands.

Better to have the lower rail lifted a bit and push it off the porch.

He needed to spray some silicone on that shovel too. But what would I know.

Saw one of these in use. Should have stopped to try it.

That won't last as long as you think it will.....and when you figure out what they cost you....you might want to send them back where they came from. Just sayin.:birthday:

That wheel thing looked good until I saw the price. Damn, might as well spend a little extra and get a blower.

Snow is falling. The boys snow shovels are tuned up and waiting by the door. Their mother's snow thrower is gassed, lubed, and has a new sheer pin. Bring it!

Half decent snow scoop isn't cheap. Can't even find a decent one anymore.

I would be slow to buy a $179 snow shovel myself.:)
