Rock and Roll banjo! I met him in Asheville backstage at Shindig on the Green. It was just like talking to your favorite uncle.

He's back with Louise in bluegrass heaven.

My grandmother has told me on multiple occasions that Doc Watson is a cousin of ours.

When Earl Scruggs is studying your picking style...you have skills! What a pair of Bluegrass Titans!

"The Ballad of Jed Clampett" brings back alot of memories growing up.
Watched that show alot, as a family, back in the only one channel days.

written and composed by Paul Henning, and sung by Jerry Scoggins,
accompanied by bluegrass musicians Lester Flatt and Earl Scruggs.

Flatt and Scruggs are the ones who turned me on to Bluegrass. Been listening to it ever since.
