I'll echo the birthday wishes! The cool thing for me was that I posted a birthday message to my Marine friends on Facebook, and heard back from a bunch of them I hadn't been in touch with for a while. It was pretty cool.

Happy belated birthday! I had the pleasure of cooking breakfast for our men's group at church Sunday morning with a young man who is in his senior year of high school. He has already signed his paperwork and will be going in on June 24th. His dad is a Marine and he's carrying on the tradition. I wish had been as squared away when I was 17 as this guy is. I wish him only the best.
