its yet another canister system all together with the cookset and a 4 ounce canister it weighs 16 ounces. a quote from another forum:

BBinkley: "16 oz for 4 oz of fuel, stove, and cookset. 1 4 ounce cannister will boil 15 liters of water. take that same cannister with any other stove and it will only boil 7 liters of water. it is a very effeciant stove. everything is the same size as a nalgene bottle"
