I think it's best just have a generic thread for these so I'm not clogging up things with a new thread every time I write something.

So here's the new entry, entitled, "FSI: From The Skin In (Rough Draft -- DO NOT PUBLISH!)":
http://omails.blogspot.com/2013/10/fsi-from-skin-in-rough-draft-do-not.html

I'll post any future ones to this thead as well.

Much like carrying less food to save weight ends up forcing you to waste time resupplying more often, cutting intestinal volume to drop weight will cause you to waste far more time using privies and catholes.

not necessarily .unless they have regular enemas, theres a coupla pounds of fecal matter stuck in there. less intestine=less fecal matter?

No need for regular enemas. Just use that pre-colonoscopy cocktail.

I say cocktail cause it goes so well with gin.

I never met anyone that sat around eating lead paint. Apparently there were a bunch of kids at one point that decided eating paint, touching hot stoves and sniffing glue was a good idea. We are definitely breeding the human race down. We need more wolves to cull the herd.

The reason that movie has one is that if you apply for film festivals through a website called withoutabox (which is owned by the same company), you get an imdb page for free.

Now a true story. Years ago my family and I went on some short term mission trips to Peru, supporting a team of Missionaries. One of the young men we met there was called "Chato", "Shorty" in English for his stature. One year the daughter of our preacher went on the trip to Peru and met Chato. One evening after dinner, she was talking with some members of the team and heard Chato referred by his proper name of Juan. Puzzled, she asked why he was called Chato when his name was Juan. Upon being told Chato meant Shorty, she got really excited and began asking how did his parents know he would grow to be short! In the interests of peace on the site, I will not disclose here her natural hair color.

Something else you may have wanted to cover: parts of the shelter, table, benches, or any other thing that was constructed as part of the shelter supporting furniture is neither a place for your graffiti (there is generally a register for you to do that) nor is it intended to be used as firewood.
